Endon Diamond Curve & Ikat 16cm Wall in Antique Brass & Neutral Print Fabric

Product Code
115406
Endon Lighting
This elegant wall light beautifully blends traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary silhouette. A hand-crafted solid cast wall back in a rich brass patina finish provides a timeless foundation, while the clean geometric detailing and gently curved arm bring a modern sense of refinement. The handmade gathered pleated tapered shade, crafted from neutral faux silk fabric, softens the design with texture and warmth, while taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining add a tailored, luxurious finish.

I recently bought a floor lamp from The Lighting Company and have to say that the customer service I received was nothing short of brilliant.

I ordered my lamp at 11.45 on Thursday morning and it arrived the next afternoon, delivered by FedEx, with the facility to track my parcel. During my contact with The Lighting Company, I found Caroline to be extremely helpful when the bulbs for my lamp were omitted from the package. She made sure they were sent First Class in the next day's post.

I would thoroughly recommend The Lighting Company and won't hesitate to use them again myself.

I purchased a light from your company in August this year which was supposed to come with bulbs but they were not with it, I e-mailed your company and these were quickly dispatched to me.

We only got the electrician the week before last and unfortunately he broke one of the decorative balls covering the bulbs, I e-mailed the company to enquire about a replacement and was delighted when I received this free of charge a couple of days ago.

Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service both in respect of scheduling delivery dates and subsequently when the manufacturer had left a glass shade out of one of the boxes.

Credit to Caroline, which I can see from this page is not for the first time - she was determined to sort out this problem which was not of their making, and was consistently friendly and positive, she is a credit to this company.

The lights are terrific and I would not hesitate to recommend them. PLEASE NOTE you need the hyphen in the web address as there is a similar named company with a similar address, but no hyphen.
